You may return or exchange a product within 14 days of receiving it, provided that:
- The product is unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it
- The product is in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact
- The product is not a custom or personalized item
To be eligible for a refund, the returned product must meet the above criteria and be approved by our team after inspection. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund for the product price, excluding any shipping costs.
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for custom or personalized items, unless the item is faulty or not as described.
- Initiating a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your product, providing your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
- Our customer support team will respond with instructions on how to return the product, including the return shipping address.
- Ship the product back to us in its original packaging, including a copy of the invoice or proof of purchase. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that we receive your returned item.
- Refund Processing Time
Once we receive your returned product, our team will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
In the case of an exchange, we will process the new product shipment once we receive and approve the returned product. Please note that you may be responsible for any difference in price between the original and exchanged products, as well as any additional shipping costs.
